Hourly Pay Range:$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

Position Highlights:

Sign On Bonus: $25,000 for candidates with at least 18 months of experience within NICU clinical specialty (with parameters)

Level III neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) 35 bed unit with strong family centered care and single room setup

Location: Naperville, IL

Full time - 36 hours/week

Hours: Nights 7 PM - 7 AM including every 3rd weekend rotation and rotating holidays

Travel Required: Occasional floating into Peds/PICU, SCN and Mother Baby

What you will need:

Associate Degree or higher in Nursing

If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date (effective September 1, 2021)

At least 1 years of experience in Level III/IV NICU setting

Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure

Current BLS through AHA

Neonatal Resuscitation Program Certification (NRP) within six months of start date into position
