Job Description
Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, hardware, software, networks, Simphony POS/EMC and 360iQ surveillance and provide on-site and remote technical support to minimize downtime. Collaborate with central IT to resolve system-wide issues, deploy upgrades, train staff, oversee multi-location IT infrastructure, optimize network performance, and ensure policy compliance and operational reliability.
Requires a Master’s degree or any foreign equivalency in Computer Science/Engineering (any)/ C.I.S. or equivalent, plus 1 year of progressively responsible experience.
The employee's relocation is contingent on client needs. The frequency of the relocation as well is unknown, and it purely depends on the client's requirements. There is no National or International Travel involved in this position.
