Job Description
Entry-Level Sheet Metal Workers are responsible for operating a variety of hand tools to perform sheet metal assembly, forming, and fabricating of aerospace engine parts.
Essential functions of the position include:
- Operate hand tools and machinery to assemble, form, grind, and fabricate sheet metal
- Inspect parts and materials during the production process
- Basic computer skills
- Read and interpret blueprints and customer specifications
- Use calipers, micrometers, height stands, and indicators
- Daily housekeeping/6S duties
- All other duties as assigned
