Job Description
Facility Chief Financial Officer sought by UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Glen Oaks in Glendale Heights, IL, to be responsible for planning and controlling financial activities for the organization while maintaining compliance with policies in accordance with financial management regulatory agencies, principles, and practices for the healthcare industry and non-profit organizations. Plans, organizes, and administers the program of financial management reporting and managed care contracting to meet the objectives of the organization. Interacts with senior management, medical staff, hospital management/staff, patients, the public, and Board of Directors. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in accounting, business administration, finance, healthcare administration, or a related field, and 48 months of experience as a Finance Manager, Accountant, or related field in a healthcare setting. In the alternative, a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in accounting, business administration, finance, healthcare administration, or a related field is acceptable. Annual salary $190,715.
