- Design and improve mechanical components and assemblies for existing product lines, supporting product performance, quality, reliability, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Develop, test, and validate new parts and design changes, including thermal, material, and qualification testing to ensure compliance with industry standards such as UL and IEC.
- Collaborate across functions with manufacturing, production, quality, safety, and environmental teams to resolve assembly challenges and implement practical design improvements.
- Support prototype development by overseeing build activities, evaluating performance, and ensuring designs meet technical and operational requirements.
- Explore emerging technologies and engineering methods while maintaining accurate design documentation, engineering specifications, drawings, and project records.
