Job Description
Under direction and supervision, lead the full lifecycle of projects aimed at improving services and products by collaborating with business partners, technical teams, and vendors to define scope, deliverables, and desired outcomes. Analyze processes, financial data, and technical information to identify issues and optimize workflows, while maintaining comprehensive project documentation and supporting procurement activities. Develop detailed project plans; manage budgets, resources, timelines, risks, and vendor relationships, and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule. Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
