Job Description
Liqui-Box Corporation seeks a Field Service Engineer Manager in Romeoville, IL.
Duties: Manage and oversee local field service engineers. Oversee travel to customer sites to install, repair, or perform preventive maintenance on liquid packaging equipment. Oversee the necessary documentation for upgrades, service bulletins, operational/maintenance manual and training. Travel to customer sites to install, repair, audit or perform preventive maintenance on liquid packaging equipment. Working within an integrated team of Sales, Field Support, Product Support, Spare Parts Customer Service and Engineering Support. Solve problems with our liquid packaging machines, primarily in a customer environment. Troubleshoot, rebuild, configure, install, train, and perform preventive maintenance and overall support of existing equipment and applications including service documentation. Requires travel up to 70% of the time within the U.S., Canada, Caribbean Islands and Mexico to resolve remote site problem.
40 hours/week, $164,320 - $186,700 per year.
