Who are we looking for?We are seeking a Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This position performs a wide range of maintenance activities including installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of production equipment. The successful candidate will contribute to a safe work environment, maximize equipment uptime, and support the achievement of plant productivity, quality, and business goals.What will you be doing?As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in keeping our production equipment and facility systems operating safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include:
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform emergency repairs to minimize production downtime.
- Perform scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance activities on production machinery and facility equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic systems.
- Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and make parameter adjustments as needed.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, schematics, and work orders.
- Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, electrical test equipment, and material handling equipment.
- Perform fabrication and machining work using Tool Room machinery and fabrication equipment.
