Schedule:
- Position 3: 3×12-hour night shifts (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM) | Rotating weekends & holidays

What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in ED or Med/Surg
- Triage and prioritize patients based on clinical and psychological needs
- Perform assessments and reassessments as conditions change
- Administer medications and manage IVs and central lines
- Monitor and interpret labs, diagnostics, and clinical indicators
- Communicate clearly with providers and interdisciplinary team members
- Document care accurately and in compliance with standards
- Educate and support patients and families
- Serve as charge nurse when assigned, supervising LPNs and Nursing Assistants
- Promote safety, teamwork, and quality patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Current Illinois RN license (or eligibility)
- BLS
- ACLS preferred (or willing to obtain within 6 months)
- Emergency Department or Med/Surg experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Commitment to compassionate, community-focused care
