Salary: $45,000/yr - $65,000/yr, BOE

Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with all phases of defense litigation matters.
- Draft, review, and organize legal documents, pleadings, discovery requests, and responses.
- Manage case files and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, mediations, and meetings.
- Prepare exhibits, trial notebooks, and other litigation materials.
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings.
- Monitor court deadlines and ensure timely filings.
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors.
- Review medical records, employment records, and other case-related documentation.
- Support attorneys in trial preparation and case management activities.
