State Farm Insurance Agency seeks a State Farm Agent Rep-Team Member, for a Customer Service + Sales role.
Licenses:
Property & Casualty (P&C) license REQUIRED ✅
Life & Health license preferred ⭐
Experience:
- State Farm Insurance Agency experience preferred✅
About the Role: We’re hiring a State Farm Agent team member to join our office as a generalist. You’ll handle customer service for existing policyholders and support new prospects with protection conversations—not “one-and-done” work.
What You’ll Do:
1) Help Current Policyholders
- Handle customer service inquiries with accuracy and care
- Address gaps during conversations by asking relevant questions
- Offer/maximize discounts when available (where permitted)
- Help customers upgrade coverage to protect what matters
- Pivot to additional products when appropriate
2) Help New Prospects
Handle new leads from:
- referrals
- call-ins / walk-ins
- social media
- internet leads
- StateFarm.com leads
- and other sources
Training & Coaching
- Word tracks, product knowledge, and role-playing
- Ongoing training so you can grow your confidence and protection conversations
