+ FRONT DESK CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Shag Bark Pet Retreat & Spa has an immediate opening in our front office for a Part-Time Front Desk Customer Service Specialist. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Qualified applicants will be highly self motivated and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, pet-focused, team environment; will have previous customer service and/or sales experience; possess strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to work with shifting priorities; have a sense of humor and enjoy working with animals. This isnot your typical front desk position,it requires a great deal of fast-paced walkingand necessitates a high energy, enthusiastic personality; professional appearance; and knowledge of the pet care industry. This position requires your full attention and an elevated focus on details. The health, happiness and safety of our guests depend on your communication skills and attention to detail. There is a full-time and part-time position available. The office is open 7 days per week and this position ranges from 4-5 days per week including alternating weekends. We offer a competitive salary with bonus potential.

+ Associate’s Degree or higher a plus

+ Computer literate

+ Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
