Job Description
The Cary Company is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Jr. Graphic Designer to join our creative team. If you have a passion for design, a portfolio of your work, and a positive attitude, we want to hear from you!
This is an onsite role that reports to our Addison, IL facility. What you’ll do:+ Create a wide range of in-house collateral, including posters, newsletters, flyers, spec sheets, and corporate materials.
+ Collaborate with external clients on labels, screen prints, logos, brochures, and other design projects.
+ Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute your creative ideas.
+ Design promotional materials for company events and special occasions.
+ Learn and grow as a designer under the guidance of our Art Director.
+ Prepare quotes for external projects.
What you bring:+ A BFA in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
+ A strong understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
+ Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to understand client needs.
+ The ability to present your ideas persuasively and see them through to completion.
+ A self-starter mentality and the ability to learn independently.
+ A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with others.
