Job Description

Gateway Truck & Refrigeration, a Carrier Refrigeration, Volvo, and Hino truck dealer with multiple locations in Illinois, Missouri and Wisconsin is in search of an experienced Warranty Administrator for our Wright City and Bridgeton, MO locations.

Warranty Administrator Duties Include:

Process and submit truck warranty claims
Invoice repair orders
File claims with OEM to obtain all claimable labor, parts and parts mark up
Locate parts applicable to warranty claims
Maintain warranty spreadsheet to track warranty claim status
Issue credits to customers once warranty claims have been submitted
Answer customer and technician questions regarding warranty coverage on equipment
Assist the parts department when

Warranty Administrator Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Must pass physical, drug screen, and background check
Ability to sit at a desk 75% of the work day
Ability to lift 75 lbs when shipping return parts
Use of memory, judgement and social interactions
Work under fluorescent lighting & view computer screens
Exposure to noise, vibration, dust, and exhaust fumes
Ability to travel between our Wright City and Bridgeton, MO locations
