Job Description
Coilcraft, Inc. is a privately-held, global manufacturing organization with headquarters located in Cary, Illinois. Coilcraft operates in a wide range of industries; including telecommunications, computers, automotive, broadband communications, and consumer electronics. We are seeking a Receptionist to join our corporate headquarters.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet visitors at the front desk and deliver exceptional customer service.
Answer phone calls and field them accordingly in a polite and friendly manner.
Maintain office security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issue visitor badges.
Address visitor questions and needs, providing an overall welcoming environment.
Ensure reception area is presentable at all times with all necessary materials (e.g., pens, applications, etc.)
Assist with the coordination of meeting rooms.
Administer and collect applicant forms and testing materials.
Perform ad hoc administrative duties as needed.
High School Education
1-3 years previous office experience
Professional appearance
Experience with multi line switchboard a must
Must be PC literate
Strong communication skills along with pleasant phone voice
