PreConstruction Coordinator

Hours: Mon- Fri 8AM to 4:30PM

We are seeking a full-time nonexempt Pre Construction Coordinator to join our growing
Construction team. We need an organized and energetic individual to facilitate all tasks and
procedures associated with fast track, large-scale multifaceted telecommunications projects with
emphasis on civil, electrical, antenna and line construction.
The Pre Construction Coordinator will be responsible for documentation, internal and
external communication, weekly reporting and necessary permitting required associated with multiple
projects at any given time.

Essential Job Functions

Complete & submit Site Applications/RFDs to Site Acquisition
Review & submit key Tower Owner scrub data
Request & file building permits & electrical permits as necessary for installation of projects
Set up power accounts for new tower locations
Request NTP’s from Tower Owners & coordinate with CX deployment team on CX timelines
Closeout Tower Owner NTP’s & permits as necessary
Submit final Tower Owner documentation & completed job photos
Ensure all documentation is properly organized & accessible
Coordinate cross functionality with Engineering, CX Deployment, & other departments as necessary
Develop preliminary constructions drawings, scopes of work, and bill of materials for review
Update weekly reports
Assist teams with fast track, large-scale multifaceted telecommunications projects with emphasis on civil, electrical, antenna & line construction
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements

Valid driver’s license
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of telecommunications/wireless industry experience or related education
Regular & predictable attendance required
Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, & message systems
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status, now or in the future
Must pass a background check, MVR & drug screen
Working Conditions

Fast-paced environment with multiple changes to schedules & fluctuating priorities
Work is performed primarily inside an office at a desk
Physical Requirements: X-Light: Lifting 0-10 lbs. Moderate: Lifting 0-25 lbs. Heavy: Lifting 25+ lbs.
