Job Title: Warehouse Associate / Order Fulfillment Specialist
Department: Warehouse/Shipping

Job Summary:
As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. You’ll be responsible for everything from assembling orders to loading trucks, while also maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist in shipping and receiving: unloading trucks, checking in merchandise
+ Assemble customer orders from stock and prepare them for shipment (palletizing, boxing)
+ Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner during deliveries and pickups
+ Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, and adheres to safety standards
+ Label and identify materials accurately
+ Weigh and count items for distribution
+ Read and interpret customer orders, work orders, and shipping documents
+ Prepare and verify shipping and receiving paperwork
+ Learn to operate a radio frequency (RF) scanner
+ Lift up to 50 pounds
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or GED equivalent
+ Forklift experience or certification (preferred)
+ Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
