We have an opening for a Customer Service Manager to lead our Customer Service department. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for helping people and play a critical role ensuring outstanding service to our diverse customer base.

Responsibilities:

Overall responsibility for leading and managing both in-person and remote Customer Service team to meet and exceed performance expectations.

Oversee the development of customer service policies and procedures, including systems improvements to drive responsiveness and efficiency.

Take ownership of escalated, complex customer issues and follow through to resolution.

Ensure effective training program for customer service team, including knowledge of company products.

Analyze data and service statistics to identify areas of improvement. Recommend and implement solutions.

Collaborate with multiple departments to identify and implement solutions to customer issues.

Requirements:

High school diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

5+ years’ experience leading teams in customer facing role.

Ability to handle all customer interactions with professionalism, urgency and tact.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.

Ability to lead teams, effectively communicate priorities and drive projects forward.

Highly organized and detail oriented.

Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
