Job Description
Natural Enrichment Industries, food ingredient manufacturer, is looking for Operator/Supervisor Trainees for the Production Department. This stable, well established business specializes in Tri-Calcium Phosphate and has manufacturing facilities in Herrin and Sesser, Illinois.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Supervises and coordinates the work of employees who set up and operate machines.
• Prepares work schedules, assigns work, and oversees the work product.
• Ensures machine function and output is according to specifications.
• Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
• A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
• Must be able to work in a hot, dusty environment.
• Operate and monitor processing equipment.
• Following SOP to make product reactions.
• Preliminary testing of product to ensure quality.
• Requires ability to lift 50 lbs
• Manufacturing experience necessary.
• Ability to work Nights, Weekends, & 12 hour shifts.
• Ability to pass a background check.
