JOB DUTIES:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair on a wide variety of equipment such as heating, cooling fans, presses, upsetters, CNC machines, compressors, cranes, furnaces, material handling equipment and all production machines which include but not limited to the working knowledge and skills of hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics and mechanics.
- Follow all safety rules and procedures
Repair and fabricate performing welding, plasma cutting, brazing, carbon arcing and torch operations as required.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
- Dismantling and installing machinery and equipment; shafting, conveyors, crane rails.
- Performs other duties as required.
SCHEDULE/HOURS:
Monday through Friday from 6a.m. – 4p.m. with a 30-minute lunch break
