About Us
Rutledge Youth Foundation is a nonprofit agency providing foster care, intact, intensive placement services, independent living and therapy services for youth and their families in Springfield and central Illinois. Our mission is to assist abused and neglected youth in becoming productive, independent members of society.

Job Summary
Provide case management and coordination of services for youth and families within the foster care system.

Responsibilities and Duties
Responsible for the facilitation of services with youth and families involved in the foster care system.
Ability to complete required paperwork and documentation.
Demonstrated organization, facilitation, written and oral communication and presentation skills.
Exercises effective problem solving techniques, tackles issues directly, and makes timely decisions based on factual information
Represent RYF and its programs in a positive manner to both internal and external contacts.

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field
Child welfare experience preferred
Must be 21 years of age
Must pass DCFS background check and have an approved driving record and reliable transportation
