Pay is based upon experience and as established by the Ball-Chatham Education Association Collective Bargaining Agreement Salary Schedule B-3 (Athletics).Prior Years of Experience

Salary includes the total for individuals who are NOT already employed in certified teaching positions for the school district. Certified staff receive the “base” plus TRS benefit.
WHAT DO HEAD COACHES DO?
+ Oversee all aspects of the swimming program
+ Oversee the assistant coaches and relevant staff of the program
+ Prepare students mentally and physically for interscholastic competition
+ Accurately evaluate student-athletes’ skills and abilities
+ Prepare daily practice schedules

MINIM REQUIREMENTS
+ Broad knowledge base and understanding of the sport
+ CPR Certification required prior to start of season
+ Ability to pass a fingerprint criminal background check
