Job Summary:
The Space Information Manager is responsible for organizing and executing the continuous maintenance and update of university space information, collected in the space module of the facilities information system, Facilities Connect (Tririga). The position serves as technical expert in data collection & integrity, reporting, analysis, visualization, and other related uses of space information. This role is critical to the management of Northwestern’s real estate portfolio as the data managed informs campus/facilities planning, indirect cost analysis, and supports federal and state reporting requirements. The Space Information Manager coordinates with the CAD Manager to assure the accurate and timely update and assignment of space information changes to the university’s building portfolio through construction or renovation.
This position will play a key role in larger Facilities Planning initiatives by working together with team members toward the integration of space information, GIS and Facilities’ digital archives. Working under supervision, the Space Information Manager will collaborate with stakeholders across the University to collect accurate and up-to-date space data through annual online data space validation project.

- Management of Space Information
- Primary point of contact for customer support for Facilities Connect Space Module
- Responsible for continuous update and maintenance of the Facilities Connect Space Module to reflect the highest level of data accuracy
