About this Role:
Serve as a single point of contact/best practices expert resource for escalation of IT Enterprise Services issues.
Triage and prioritize escalated service requests as appropriate.
Collaborates with staff to determine technology needs to accomplish to resolve related problems.
Execute backup and recovery procedures, and coordinate disk space planning and management to improve reliability ad systems performance.
Maintain infrastructure including physical server and storage array configuration, logical storage volumes, and storage Networks
Coordinate configure, install, maintain, and upgrade large-scale or enterprise-wide operating systems for computers, and servers, execute backup and recovery procedures, and coordinate disk space planning and management to improve reliability and systems performance.
