Position Title: Reporting/Data Analyst

About This Role:
Dynamic Interactive Business System Inc is looking for a Reporting/Data Analyst for its direct Client in Springfield, IL. The Candidate will work under the direction of the Client to collect; report; visualize and analyze data, and provide technical assistance for various projects as determined and defined by the Client.
Candidate Requirements:
Must have a minimum of four years of experience using Microsoft SQL Server to model data into datasets for consumption of business intelligence software, along with developing and automating extract, transform, and load processes that involve error and reconciliation handling. Must have a minimum of four years of experience interpreting data and analyzing results using statistical techniques while providing ongoing reports and visualizations (e.g., Word, Excel, SAS, Power BI). Must have a minimum of two years of proven expertise working in a state-level education setting OR a minimum of six years large-scale (state, county, city, etc. level population) data analysis experience and reporting experience, which includes visualizations. Must have a minimum of two years of experience with data security and privacy in a large-scale (state, county, city, etc. level population) development environment. Must have at least two years of experience working in an environment that utilizes Agile software development cycle, including experience writing and sizing stories, as well as updating Agile project management software to indicate current status of work. Must have at least two years of experience in providing professional learning, such as presenting to a group of people or at a conference. Must have experience using: Microsoft Office 365Ideal Candidate:
Extensive experience using SQL to create Power BI reports directly from our MS SQL server database.
