Job Description

Peoples Bank is currently in the middle of a multi-year project to implement Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and nCino for Commercial Loan Origination. We are looking for a talented individual to join our team to help bring about transformational change in our organization.

The nCino Administrator is responsible for administration, implementations, and support for the nCino platform. They will serve as the “go to” for users, promote adoption, keep current on new releases and AppExchange solutions, provide training, and more. They will ensure that the organization is maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of nCino based on business needs. They will work with vendors and collaborate with business units to implement new and updated features, develop, train and communicate changes to Bank Staff.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities:

Responsible for administration, implementations, and support of the nCino platform
Proactively seeks out system changes, user feedback, and user requirements
Manages system changes, new releases, workflows, functions and configurations without interruption to end users
Creates and maintains reporting capabilities, fields, views, dashboards within the nCino system
Identifies opportunities to automate and optimize the nCino technology stack
Manages and maintains configurations and/or customizations as deemed necessary
Identifies, diagnoses and resolves end user problems in a manner that exemplifies the bank’s high standards of customer service. Responsible to enhance system through process improvement and support functions.
Audits, uncovers and resolves data integrity issues.
Works with vendors and business units on projects relating to changes, upgrades, and the implementation of new features; performs tests enhancements and documents system changes
Reviews and documents product bulletins and roadmaps, attends system related webinars, evaluates impact of changes on the platform, make recommendations, communicates enhancements, system maintenance, and outages
Works with business units to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage the platform to support additional business processes or functions.
Participates in the integration process with other enterprise systems or other applications as the opportunities arise.
Researches, recommends and implements new processes or enhance existing processes to create and improve operational efficiencies
Performs other duties and special projects as assigned

System Maintenance, Security and Integrity:

Maintains nCino hierarchy territories, accounts, contacts, and opportunities in response to personnel changes
Maintains system security to share rules, grants/removes licenses and creates user roles, profiles and hierarchies
Maintains system documentation and procedures

User Assistance, Training, Adoption, and Satisfaction:

Acts as SME on nCino platform
In partnership with HR Training & Development, creates and administers training for new and existing users
Assists departments to create processes in the system to help monitor activities, trends, sales and leads
Continually seeks process improvement enhancements to implement within the system

Creation of Dashboards:

Creates and maintains dashboards and reports including folder maintenance
Develops complex, macro driven reports to summarize system information to Senior Leadership
Builds and manages report folders to improve sales efficiency

Knowledge Enhancement

Maintains a thorough knowledge of the platform to ensure that the bank and customer needs are identified and met by making appropriate recommendations
Maintains an expert level knowledge and serve as subject matter expert on systems, features and functions, best practices, procedures, agreements, enrollment forms, and associated risks
Stays informed of new developments in nCino
Attends applicable vendor conferences, user group meetings, and participates in periodic calls
Develops understanding of how platform interface with Bank’s host system and third-party applications

Bank Education

Educates and advises Bank employees on nCino platform
Ensures users have a clear understanding of current features and enhancements to features
Assists with the development of training materials and platform documentation

RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS

Reports to Salesforce and nCino Product Manager
Collaborates with the Salesforce/nCino Administrators
Interacts with Executive Management, Group Leaders and Department Managers as needed
Works with third-parties: Salesforce, nCino, and Consultants

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Technical Discipline (i.e., Computer Science and Information Services) required
3 – 5+ years of experience with nCino platform preferred. Salesforce Admin and Einstein Analytics certification preferred. Treasury Management and DAO module experience preferred. Banking, credit, loan operations experience preferred.
Strong reporting background using standard reporting tools including standard nCino reporting functionality
Previous re-engineering experience updating an existing nCino configuration to provide solutions for reporting, workflows and enhanced functions
Proven ability to utilize nCino as a loan origination platform
Must be a self-starter with an analytical mindset. Must be detail oriented with complex problem-solving abilities
Excellent with written and verbal communication, and strong interpersonal skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Strong willingness for continuous learning and growth
Adaptable; able to embrace change and lead through influence
Ability to handle and prioritize a high level of administrative pressure
Availability for occasional work outside normal business hours, including evenings and weekends
Strong Windows-based PC and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
