• 15 years' experience in planning, designing, and overseeing construction / maintenance of single family homes and commercial properties valued from $200K to $2Million
• Self-motivated team member, employee with the ability to meet, exceed, achieve deadlines and goals

• Excellent communication / listening skills used in identifying and satisfactorily resolving issues that bring about positive changes
• Capable of managing multiple 『projects』 while 『meeting deadlines and objectives』

Full-Time/Part-Time position which will enable me to use my strong accounts tracking skills, prior work experiences, and ability to work well with multiple departments in a large corporate setting.

I plan, design, and supervise the construction and maintenance of building and infrastructure projects. These projects may include facilities, bridges, roads, tunnels, and water and sewage systems.
