• Experience in customer service roles; including but not limited to billing, account management, promoting products and services and troubleshooting.

• 36 years management experience, managing employees; experience covers profit / loss, personnel, disciplinary action, scheduling, sales, customer service, business development, organization management, marketing.

• Over 15 years' Supplier Quality Engineer experience specializing in plastics and other chemical commodities.
• 30 years experience in the the plastic manufacturing industry,  from Manufacturing Engineer to Plant Manager.
