part time position, office/receptionist preferred.  can work various shifts. 13 1/2 years property manager, collecting rent and making timely deposits for my landlord. assessing tenant needs and reporting them and setting up schedule to be addressed. 

I have a CDL that also has air brake and passengers endorsements. I work with a lot of children from kdg. up to high school. Also have a few of my own. I have also worked as a cashier before and have done some work as a packer.
