Seeking an HVAC position in a large corporation or an apartment complex that will allow me to utilized my recently obtained Associates Degree in Building Maintenance and Repair from ETI and my 5 years' experience in building maintenance.

Full-Time/Part-Time position which will enable me to use my strong accounts tracking skills, prior work experiences, and ability to work well with multiple departments in a large corporate setting.

• Self-motivated team member, employee with the ability to meet, exceed, achieve deadlines and goals

• Greet customers and organized floor section for table seating
• Demonstrated skills dealing professionally with the public and management
• Seeks to continually improve guest and team member's satisfaction
• Garnish meals according to chef's/customer's  request

• Strengths and expertise: criminal apprehension, burglary, grand theft, money laundering, high tech fraud
• Board certified in ABC security management
