Job Order Description
Theresa Capili is seeking to fill a position for a Nanny at her private household located at 433 Gilbert Dr., Wood Dale, IL 60191. This is a temporary, full-time, one-time occurrence and she is seeking to fill the job opening for employment from October 1, 2025 to August 23, 2027.
Duties:
Care for children in household. Keep children living space clean and tidy. Ensure safety indoors and outdoors. Create a daily schedule for toddler and organize educational activities. Prepare meals for children and help feed if needed, help with personal hygiene, teach children good behavior and help with chores. Shop for groceries, clothing, and other items needed for children’s care. Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties related to children's care. Transport children to park, events, doctor's appointments or other activities as needed.
Anticipated Work Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday; 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Requirements: Education – None; Training – None; Employment experience – 6 months of child caregiving employment or related experience required. Employer will also accept equivalent experience from application with at least 6 months experience caring for their own children.
Terms and Conditions of Employment: Employer guarantees the prevailing wage rate of $ 16.71 per hour for regular hours worked. Overtime will not be provided.
Transportation: From the place from which the worker has come to work, whether in the U.S. or abroad, to the place of employment, if the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will provide advance payment for transportation and subsistence (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) from the place of recruitment to the place of employment.
Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.
Three-fourths guarantee: The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
Tools, equipment, and supplies: The employer will provide the worker all tools, supplies, and equipment to perform the job at no charge.
On-the-Job Training Available: Job training is not required for this position.
Miscellaneous: The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. The pay period is every two weeks. The employer will make all payroll deductions required by law and will not make any deductions which are not required by law. The employer will reimburse an H-2B worker in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker.
Employer will offer worker room board at the residence, free and clear. This is optional accommodation, worker is free to choose alternate arrangement for housing.
The Employer hereby notifies the Department that neither Employer or its agent/attorney have entered into any agent or recruiter of H-2B workers. Therefore, no copies of such agreements exist. Further the employer does not currently plan to utilize any agent or recruiter for the recruitment of H-2B workers under this Application for Temporary Employment.
